This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. Please review the information below before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

Yuelvora currently ships to the contiguous United States (48 states).

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Any other U.S. territories or overseas locations

Orders with shipping addresses outside our service area cannot be processed.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment arrangement.

The processing time applies to both Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Expedited Shipping is available only for eligible destinations and orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Carrier operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Other unforeseen transportation delays

Although we work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable federal, state, or local regulations.

The applicable sales tax, if any, will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • High shipping volumes during holidays or promotional periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Yuelvora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update your information before your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
