Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Item is in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Return request is submitted within the 30-day window

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible cases include:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received

In these situations:

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund or free replacement
  • Return shipping costs (if required) will be covered by us
  • No additional fees will be charged to the customer

Eligible Returns (Customer Preference)

Exchanges
